This overreaching new law allows for dictatorial actions to confiscate weapons from citizens that are arbitrarily deemed guilty and/or dangerous without due process.

According to the law the complainant and respondent must appear before a judge for a hearing. The order may be granted after the hearing by the judge. There is no confiscation of guns without due process under this law.
